NRGkick has a completely self-developed, patented safety connector system with hot-unplug detection and temperature monitoring at each plug attachment & phase pin. With the "Type 2 plug attachment" even charging at public charging stations with NRG kick is possible, so the user no longer needs an additional Type 2 cable.
