LAUNCH EV Diagnosis Add-On Kit
- LAUNCH EV Diagnosis Add-On Kit is a set of adapters and software for testing and diagnosing batteries on various electric vehicles. Requires to work with LAUNCH X-431 TAB III.
NEW IN! EV Diagnosis Add-On Kit by LAUNCH company is a set of 25 non-standard battery connectors and jumper cables to connect with more than 95% of EV batteries. Also includes software for testing and diagnosing batteries on various EVs. The diagnostic software can be activated and downloaded using the included activation card. EV Diagnosis Add-On Kit includes 25 adapter cables for the connection to the high-voltage battery and jumper cables. It works with LAUNCH X-431 TAB III devices.
EV Diagnosis Add-On Features:
- Supports different battery diagnostic methods: adapter cable diagnostics, OBD port diagnostics and jumper cable diagnostics,
- Quickly reads battery pack information such as the number of battery pack modules, state of charge (SOC), state of health (SOH), temperature, individual cell voltage and temperature of each module and other information,
- Streaming battery data helps pinpoint problems and improve repair efficiency, diagnostic reports can be printed and emailed for easier work.
- With the EV Diagnosis Add-On Kit, HV batteries can be tested in a disconnected or even removed state. To do this, the diagnostic device is connected directly to the HV battery via the adapter cables. The voltages of all cells and the temperature of all cells can then be checked. In addition, the total voltage of the HV battery can be displayed. This means that even when the battery is removed, the defective battery cell can be quickly identified and then replaced without having to measure each individual battery cell. In addition, a diagnostic report of the EV battery can be created after the diagnosis.
